to be honest i think that listening to “everywhere at the end of time” was a good thing for me. it made me realize how short life is. i mean, i’m only in highschool, i don’t have “a lot” to remember right now.
but it’s made me think a lot more. i always say “maybe i’ll do this some other time” and then i never do it. i do it with things i enjoy, with everything. but “some other time” never comes and i’m never satisfied. but now after listen to it, i wait a little less. i do things at random and i make more concrete plans. i buy things just because (when i’m able to). it’s made me a little happier to be honest.
this music project has had such an impact on me (especially since someone close to me had dementia and has passed from it).
but thank leyland kirby for creating this, no matter how painful it is to actually listen to it. i can confidently say (and i am not confident in many things/decisions i say/make) that this was one of, if not the most, brilliant and powerful pieces of art made in all of time. yes, All of time.
