on 6/24 ferrari and peroni have posted a video having charles and lewis guess fanfic summaries to instagram, [link] and peroni linked their blog post that exposes two f1 fanfictions. [peroni off track].

one of them is a wattpad fic, The Formula 1 Family by formula14life_pia [link] and the other is an ao3 fic, National Anthem by Lewisshamilton [link]. Lewisshamilton has made an edit confirming that they were not asked about this at all and had no knowledge of it. I don't know when National Anthem was archive locked, but it was unlocked in febuary of this year.

this is completely disgusting behavior from both ferrari and peroni. ao3 was created on purpose to allow fans to have a space free of censorship and judgement, to allow us to escape normie fans who dont rpf. exposing any fanfiction to the world is completely unprofessional from both companies. and to everyone encouraging this, everyone posting rpf to twitter and instagram where the teams socials can see it, you are the problem and you should be ashamed.

this should have been shut down when "carlando" became a common word in mclaren videos. this shouldve been shutdown when audi started using "gabico".this shouldve been shut the fuck down when the rbr threads team started posting about "lestappen". companies are not your friend, not your mutual, and not one of us.
