Ealier we went to LTO to change my student license to non pro license. We went to LTO Quezon City (9:30 in the morning) The line wasn't that long. And then I went to an accredited LTO clinic to get my Medical done. We finished around 11am. After that I went back to LTO to get my number and wait for my number to get called. AFTER 2 HOURS MY NUMBER IS STILL NOT CALLED. THEY HAVE NO NOON BREAKTIME. The employees keep chitchatting with each other and some people are getting mad because of the slow employees. FINALLY AROUND 1:30PM MY NUMBER WAS CALLED! I just passed my accomplished form together with my student license and then after that I was told to go to the lecture room to review for the Written Exam and wait for my name to be called again for the picture taking and signature taking. AND I WAITED FOR ANOTHER HOUR FOR MY NAME TO BE CALLED! After the picture & signature taking the employee said to wait for my name to be called again for the payment of application fee, guess what? I WAITED AGAIN. FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS! My god! AFTER I PAYED AT THE CASHIER, THE EMPLOYEE AGAIN TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR MY NAME TO BE CALLED. I WAS SO PISSED. After 1 hour they announced that those person who will be called needs to come back tomorrow for the written exam & driving exam. FOR GOD'S SAKE. I ALMOST CONSUMED 7 HOURS AT LTO AND I GOT NOTHING? I REALLY REALLY GOT PISSED, I CAN'T COME BACK TOMORROW BECAUSE I HAVE A CLASS. THIS IS REALLY A STRESSFUL DAY. THANKS TO LTO AND THE EMPLOYEES THERE! They are wrong! REALLY! They kept on saying wait for your name to be called, why not call one person and do every transaction (Pass, picture, siggy & payment)
