Gotta keep moving forward.

The way I see it, it's none of my business what other people think about me. If they've got a problem with my illness, that's on them - not me. It's their problem, not mine.

My brother has ME/CFS. Even though you can't see any obvious outward signs of illness, let me tell you: he's ill. Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

If you're living with a chronic illness, it's okay to loose your shit every now and then. It's normal. Healthy, really. Just make sure you dust yourself off and try again tomorrow.
