Seeking an abortion really shouldn't seem like a creepy reality show!

But because of the onslaught of nationwide abortion restrictions—TRAP laws, mandatory waiting periods, and abortion bans to name a few—pregnant people have fewer options, and more challenges than EVER for seeking abortions. When you take all of these different restrictions into account, a total of 49 states (49!) have compromised abortion access since 1973 when abortion became a LEGAL, CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT.

The upcoming Supreme Court case, Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt, is reviewing one kind of abortion regulation known as TRAP laws.
