I’m a little concerned about the story.

See, there’s this little non-corrupted Guardian that’s basically R2-D2, and the story is making it out to be that it was always a character in BotW, you see. And somehow, it can time-travel (not a new plot device for Zelda, of course, but here, it threw me off). It specifically traveled from the moment Zelda unlocked her Ganon-sealing powers to before Link gets the Master Sword.

I’m a little worried that either this new character is either going to be completely inconsequential to the story or that it’s somehow going to create an ending where it splits the timeline again.

But I could be wrong about all of that. We’ll see.

Gameplay wise though, so far it’s all right. Dynasty Warrior-esque games aren’t usually my thing, so for me, it took some getting used to. Zelda is really fun to play though.
