🦾 The past month or longer; I’ve been having continuous pain and weakness in my elbow and arm. It’s so crazy how just hitting my elbow on something, seemed to cause it to flare up! 🤔 I had some carpal tunnel issues with it several years ago; but did PT, and it seemed fine. I have a neurology nerve test appointment coming up next week to see more what’s going on. In the meantime; I’ve had the chance to use this IASO Home-care Laser Pain therpist for the past 3 weeks or so. It’s a combination of Heat, Laser, and Vibration massage. It comes with a rubbery plastic piece that looks like a watch band; and holds the disc therapy device. It can also be used with the IASO Adhesive Patches; which by the way, came just recently in a separate package. I tried the adhesive patches a few times, and find that they don’t seem to stay on the skin too well (on my elbow/arm). I think it might work better on other areas of the body. I love how it feels with the heat, to help the pain. I really haven’t noticed any other improvements from the laser therapy; but not sure if it’s because of the specific type of pain and issues I’m having. I plan to continue using it for some temporary relief for now.
