Going to suggest a very different Yomi from what you usually write, curious if it would be up your valley:
Yomi who's so irreversibly addicted to video games she perceives the world in terms of video games, and she herself has a massive main character complex which people see as bratty and bitchy.
"well of course I should get the last slice, you're an NPC! You don't even need to heal!"
Needless to say, she's a massively fat spoiled brat. Feel free to include health stuff etc., anything goes!
Everything was in place for Yomi to grow up into a kind, responsible woman. She did well in school, had lots of friends, and was nice to everyone she met. But that all went down the drain the day her parents bought her a video game console for her birthday. The pinkette immediately got hooked, putting any previous hobbies aside to focus on the activity that gave her the most dopamine the fastest. Her parents never restricted her play time, meaning that she was able to waste entire weekends cooped up in her room playing the newest RPG. And it was a habit she never broke out of. Though her social life was nonexistent and she was practically let graduate high school out of pity, her parents still sent Yomi to college, hoping that a change of scenery would get their daughter back on track. How wrong they were...
"God, can you NPCs walk any slower?! I'd run you over if it wasn't against TOS!"
The pinkette's belly squished into the front of her mobility scooter and drooped over the edges as she maneuvered her "mount" around the normies walking side by side and having conversations that disgusted the shut-in gooner. Yomi would shout cringeworthy insults at anyone who dared get in her way between her and the dining hall.
Pizza, chips, and energy drinks made up the brunt of Yomi's diet, and her waistline suffered for it. The bratty butterball had ballooned enough to destroy her gamer chair and force her to buy an XL edition. Every part of her, from her girthy gut to her stubby feet, showed no sign of even the slightest exercise. Yomi's vision had permanently deteriorated from her ungodly screen time, necessitating a thick pair of glasses that rested atop her nose. But recently, things had started getting blurry again for her. And her hair was long and unkempt, enough so that you'd think she doesn't even know what a hairbrush is.
Yet even with how undeniably degenerate she was, the butterball's delusions were almost bigger than her. All those years of controlling the main character in a video game, having the story revolve all around her, genuinely convinced her that those rules also applied in the real world. Everyone else were just irrelevant NPCs that got in Yomi's way. And since video games were all she thought about, her brain rewired to see the world as its own game. Everything she thought about was in video game terms, from recovering "HP" from food and "mana" from energy drinks to her woefully unfit body's "cooldown" whenever she'd exerted it to the point of nearly passing out.
This behavior, combined with her insufferably bratty attitude, ostracized the pinkette from day one and she didn't make a single friend at college. But she couldn't care less, Yomi had more important matters to attend to. Mainly, pulling all-nighters until she started hallucinating and edging for hours on end.
"Nnnngg... These fucking debuffs... Why do I have such shit RNG..."
The fatty wasn't spared from the consequences of her awful diet and overall lifestyle, frequently mumbling and swearing about her aching joints or the tightness in her chest. She wasn't concerned at all, under the belief she'd "respawn" if her condition worsened beyond recovery. She only cared if it got in the way of her usual routine, like if the sound of blood rushing through her ears made it hard to listen to her hypnosis audio.
Yomi hadn't attended a single class, and every sighting of the scooter-bound pinkette was met with fear or disgust. Yet the hopeless blob didn't believe for a moment that she had a single flaw. Those NPCs were nothing compared to their superior MC, after all!
