Im 1.63 and used to weight 67 kgs, now im 55kgs. I lost weight just because i left sugar and bread. I eat only integral bread, which isnt that bad. I eat normal stuff tho, no diet, just no sugar
the sad part is that i don't eat nothing with like, lots of sugar and i dont even like bread omfg but my weight might be bc of hormonal problems or something OTL
