My first day home since the quarantine! I am so grateful for this day to sit in stillness with no place to be or seeing news or reading what is currently happening in this moment! I will do that I'm sure in a bit 😋 . I am a woman who makes it her mission to reflect on the previous year or months to see just how much I have grown reviewing my missteps and to mentally set up for the next year ect! This mornings reflection has been a bit more intense due to all the things happening in our world! I am and will not be panicked or terrified about any of it but I understand there are steps to ensure safety..even not for me but for others who would be vulnerable to it! I have wiped tears away and laughed all in the same 10 mins due to the beauty in our world and the pain! My take away is this..... The Human Spirit is a Beautifully Powerful, Messy, Determined, in most cases a Compassionate & Loving and that is our True Super Power through all of this! That is the God Spark in all of US! That is why I feel hope and am at peace! I hope where ever you are mindset wise you can find a place of peace & Hope because it cuts out all we cannot control!
