Hmm so idk why but I was reminded of Cinderella. Specifically, her being in a situation in which people were deliberately keeping her locked away. Maybe you’ve been feeling like you’re stuck and cannot move on from a certain situation. I’m here to remind you that you are the one thing in life you can control. Nothing in life is stagnant forever! The one constant in life, is change. And I see change coming for you soon. You may not be in control of specific circumstances but trust that all will work out the way it’s supposed to! Have a little patience because things will be picking up quickly.

I will say though, you need to make sure that you do not let others choose for you. You need to take the reigns of your life. “Don’t give your power away.” You have the ability to create change in your life but you mustn’t be complacent in your life. Don’t let others tell you how to live your life. You alone are in control of your actions. Start by taking small steps. What are some things you can control right now? Work your way out, little by little. Things will get better, trust in yourself and your abilities!

thank you, mercy! i ultimately decided to apply for the managements because i couldn't stop thinking about it. i agree it's out of order, and it's now how i expected my trajectory to be. change can be a good thing, though, especially since i'm feeling stuck in a cycle.

i think i was previously going after my goals without taking the time to consider long term consequences. now that i am, i'm not so sure or eager. i think i need to go back to the drawing board and really figure what i want.
