The story in this novel follows the blooming relationship between the protagonists (or couple, if you may) Qhuinn, Son of No One and Blaylock, Son of Rocke. It all started with one of them having an unrequited love for the other who has already set his mind on finding a female as a lifelong partner. . Eventually, Qhuinn and Blay both had a lot of casual sex and flirted a lot with each other, but the unspoken feelings for one another and the lies they speak complicated things between them. .
