Anyway I hope the bad comments/asks on here don't get to you, because they are simply wrong! You genuinely seem like such a lovely person and your stories always make my day, you are incredibly talented and deserve nothing but love on here💐✨

hi sweet nonnie 💖 thank you so much for this message. i’m sorry it took me a bit to respond, but i really do appreciate it more than i can say 🥹 and i apologize for this incoming rant, but... gosh, i need to address this.

there's been a huge uptick in hateful behavior, and it's not just toward me, but toward so many of my mutuals. a lot of the asks lately have been incredibly entitled, demanding, or downright rude… and of course, it's always an anon.

and look, i know it’s the internet - i don’t expect to avoid those kinds of people entirely. but when i get a surplus of messages only asking for updates, or treating me like a content machine, it’s disheartening.

i will no longer be answering those kind of asks, fyi. and if it gets to a point where it's upsetting me too much again, i will not hesitate to turn off my anon. bc i've explicitly stated in my rules to be mindful of asking for updates, and it makes me feel like people forget there’s a real human being behind my pfp. like... take a moment to look at things through my perspective, okay?

let me ask you guys this:

if i sit down to write, and my daughter runs up to me with her sweet little voice saying, “mommy mommy, i wanna play with you. i love you so much please please pleeeeease,” …what do you think i’m gonna choose?

my parents never played with me as a kid. they were always tired, always working - and oml, i understand why now. but my daughter? she’s four. she won’t be four forever. and as she grows older, i don’t want her to remember me as someone who was always too busy to be present in her life.

so yeah. there are days i come home completely drained, and all i want to do is sit down, scroll, read, write. but there are only so many hours in a day, and she will only be little for so long. so please... PLEASE be patient with me. i want to do right by ya'll, i really do, but i will always pick my family first. this is a hobby. not my job.
