So three years ago I meet this girl on DeviantART. She was kind, caring, and inspiring. We got to know each other personally and we have a lot in common.(Even though we haven't met in person yet.) I think of her everyday, and even though there are girls IRL that I could talk to, I think of her instead. She doesn't return my feelings, but I still love her, and we're still really close friends despite the long-distance. There's no other girl like her. (I'm so hopelessly in love with her. lol)
I swear this is such a 21st century problem. What was the equivalent of this in the olden days? Dialing the wrong number and a cute girl picking up? Accidentally intercepting someone’s love letters and falling for them?
It’s so much easier to fall for someone’s words on a screen. You both have time to say exactly what you want. I’m a words person. I fall for words when I should fall for actions.
Love is like taking your batteries out and hoping you’ll land on the new ones
Is there any way for you guys to actually meet in person? I mean in a way that would totally be not creepy, casual, and fun? It seems like you’re pretty into this girl. But be careful not to pursue someone too hardcore, because at the end of the day people are people. But whew, that’s rough buddy.
Also, I too once met someone who was involved with DeviantART. We talked a lot until one day we stopped, or really I stopped. I’ve been trying to get back into contact, but yeah it’s not working.
