Any water sings – they’re sextols, so they’re naturally good for each other. Think of it like this: if the Earth sign is a clay pot/bowl and you put earth in it,, what happens? It stays dry and that’s kind of bland. If you put fire in it? The fire is going to go out. It just is, that’s what Earth does to Fire. If you put water in clay though, firstly the clay hold the water steady and safe and the water draws the clay out, keeps it from cracking and drying up etc. 

So personally my favourite Cap couple are Capricorn/Scorpio, I also think they’re cute w Cancers BUT water signs are hard to deal with and understand. I actually know many Capricorn/Aquarius couples (including my parents haha) and they’ve been together for SO LONG OH MY GOSH. 

So I think for Capricorns, any of the water signs or the air signs – air signs share the logically-mindedness with Earth signs, that’s probably why cap/aqua seems to work.
