he’s obviously terrible at expressing his emotions effectively, and after he finds a need to be near you, touch you he realizes he can’t just grab your hand or walk around with his arm around you, it’s be to sudden, too weird. so, he starts with head pats. it’s easy to reach given the height difference and you never noticed when his hand lingers just a bit to feel the softness of your hair. he’ll give them any time he sees you; random passing in the halls, dropping you off after walking you home, even randomly mid conversation.

🥺🥺🥺 you always pout dramatically when tsukki does it because he likes to mess up your hair, but your eyes soften when you catch the fond look on his face. you don’t acknowledge it for both of your sakes.
