Quiet starver, A hunger only visible in its subtle actions, Where the softness that is seen in one’s eye is actually the hunger of a starving man and woman willing to let him in. They’re following us again, this time with a bigger lens. And even greater zoom in.

They are persistent, trying to capture something different than our so called soft love. All they capture is the softness of our surface, but you can see how they are trying to grasp the sharp corners. They capture how your fingers softly grasp my face, but all I feel is the strong squeeze of your hand as you try to imprint my face onto your finger tips. They capture us so softly, so gently.. Like the soft kiss of our lips, meanwhile your tongue has managed to write all kinds of things in my mouth with such desperation I can barely breathe. Such hunger, so wild..

The sharp corners are where your left hand hides in my coat, and boy if they knew.. But they can’t capture it, they will never be able to capture it all. So we move our bodies and hide our sharp corners.

That love they try to capture, that is real. And real love is hard to capture, real love is hard to distinguish. Real love comes with more than just soft actions, it comes with hunger and pain. Real love to me is the balance one manages to find in the midst of it all.
