Syrian opposition leader Louay Hussein called on Syrian refugees to return to Syria with Russian guarantees, including amnesty and ensuring security is not pursued.
"Everyone who wants to enter without changing his political position, without having to thank anyone or talk to anyone, can communicate with me and guide him to the safe path," Hussein wrote on Facebook.

Kayyali was born in Aleppo in 1934, and he died there in 1978. He studied decoration at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome between 1956 and 1961.
