Regarding the term Egg. I recall hearing the term in 2016, ironically around about the time that I was most an egg. At the time, it was used almost exclusively to refer to people who were about to realise themselves as women. That doesn't mean that the term should stay that way, just that "imminent women" were and remain more visible/ legible than "imminent men"
