Most, if not all Americans can remember where and what they were doing 20 years when word spread about the horrific tragedy on 9/11. I was sitting in the radio station studio with the morning show when breaking news came in on the TV. I remember all of us just stopped and just starting watching the TV and at first, I couldn't fully comprehend how the enormous Twin Towers could be in peril…people were weeping and crying, calling loved ones. During my lifetime terrorism on American soil had only been in history books. Surely this was a very bad dream but it wasn’t…it was a sad day in America! To the 9/11 heroes who gave their lives at the Twin Towers, the Pentagon and Pennsylvania, may you sleep soundly. As you look down lovingly at your family and friends, know that you are missed but not forgotten. #911 #twintowers #lostbutneverforgotten #heroes (at Louisville, Kentucky) https://www.instagram.com/p/CTru1Sflbf9mH0AORLiDV7prZ6xb1p86w70uUI0/?utm_medium=tumblr
