Fallen into Frozen Lake: Didymus could not swim, however he did not care. The armor that he wore would get himself to her more quickly. After jumping in, he sank down at surprising speed, grabbed Lady Ash, and threw her out of the water, onto a slab of ice. He himself quickly sank out of sight, and all he saw was the blackness of the abyss.
Ash gasped in a breath as she hit the ice, coughing for a moment before she finally realised what had happened. She looked around for a moment, shaking (she really, really hated the cold), frowning a bit when she couldn't see Didymus. Oh stars...She looked down at the water that she'd just been in, and sighed. "Seriously?" Well, at least this time, she'd be prepared to go in the water. She stood up and dived back into the water, desperately looking for Didymus, before she finally saw a glint of light. His armour.
After what felt like forever, she finally reached him, grabbing his collar, but she couldn't pull him up that far. She scrambled to get his armour off until she could finally pull him to the surface, still holding onto him as she gripped the side of the ice. "How is it..." she started, breathing heavily, "That I end up saving you from drowning...when I'm the one who fell in?"
"2Spooky!"
Ash jumped, squeaking a little, as Didymus suddenly appeared next to her. "Stars, don't do that! What are you even doing, sneaking up on me like that?!" She didn't mean anything by it, but she'd been scared half to death, her heart was still racing.
”Snuggle?”
Ash's face turned a bit warm, but she smiled and hugged Didy back for a moment before she pulled back to look at him. "What was that for?"
"What's my prize?"

Ash sat down on the dock, setting the tackle box next to her, and started getting her rod ready. "I dunno why people find this interesting, but I guess if you're hungry and don't have any other options..." she muttered. She glanced at Didy, hoping he didn't need help with this stuff, she didn't even know what she was doing. "Please tell me you already know how to fish?"

Ash had lost track of how long they'd been travelling, and stars, some of the creatures she'd seen...She certainly wasn't going to complain about hobgoblins anymore. (Alright, so she probably was going to, but there were worse things.)
They appeared back in her world as suddenly as she had appeared in Didymus' world, and she couldn't help grinning, never having been happier to see the concrete sidewalks, or the wall to wall buildings, or the cabs and doubledecker buses driving by. "Oh stars, it actually worked..." She laughed a little and grinned at Didymus before she realised...he was there with her. "Oh stars..." Her smile faded. "Oh my stars, you're not supposed to be here, I am so sorry...I guess you got caught in the..." She frowned at the vortex manipulator, not even sure what had happened. "I don't even know how this bloody thing works...Uh..." She put on another smile and shrugged a bit, gesturing around her. "Welcome to London..."
