Sorry for the radio silence. I got home from Utah to find out we had to move. Between moving, keeping up with kids and trying to maintain treatment plan. I have been beyond overwhelmed and exhausted. Health wise- things are still going well! The staff at the far clinic stay in touch with me and make adjustments to my protocols as needed. I do my hyperthermia treatments at home and fit in my exercises whenever I can. I can honestly say that I would not have accomplished what I did with this move if I hadnβt just returned from the FAR clinic. Thanks to them I was an active participant rather than watching from the sidelines! πͺπΌπ
Last days at the FAR clinic! I feel like I am off to a great start. Pain levels are down. Energy is going up. Happy to have a plan for healing as I move forward! The 2 weeks spent there is the jumping off point for my healing with them. We will stay in contact with weekly check-ins and adjustments to my healing plan.
