btw, are you like really familiar with league lore? Cause I think, especially with this new series, it’s seems like you’re a lore knower, which considering the amount of champs and regions, is quite impressive
I came to it with Arcane like a lot of people and have never played a game of League of Legends in my life.
I'm just a big D&D nerd / JRPG fan / epic fantasy writer so if I get interested in a story and the ADHD kicks in like it did here, I can and will hoover up every bit of available lore and become an encyclopedia.
And Runeterra's lore is scattered around like a zillion delicious breadcrumbs. It makes you work to put the jigsaw puzzle together. Not all the pieces fit. It's messy and incomplete and delightful. F'cking catnip to someone like me.
I won't claim to be an expert in every single region (I'm a lot more scanty on Freljord, Targon, Shurima and Ionia than I am on PnZ, Demacia, Bilgewater, Ixtal and Noxus) but when I'm writing a story set in a region I'll study for the test ;)
