Most people who meet AR know that she is a huge animal lover. If she had it her way, we'd live in a zoo. Every morning, she wanders around #lonjmaison greeting our many pets as she feeds them. This morning was no different, except my little girl came running to me, crying as she screamed "THEY DIED MAMA!". My heart dropped to the pit of my stomach. AR led me to her aquarium, tears rolling down her face, as she showed me both her goldfishes were belly up. She ran to her room distraught. "It's ok baby.." I tried to calm here. All I wanted to do was wrap my arms around her and make everything alright. But not my strong willed child. She asked for space. So I sat down quietly next to her, told her I was going to be right here for a cuddle when she was ready...And let her cry. Oh how she cried and cried. It killed me seeing her that way. I was beside myself plotting on how I was going to buy her a whole pet shop / zoo at this point.. When she was ready, and after a few cuddles with mum, she walked over to the aquarium, shoulders carrying the weight of the world, on her tippy toes, as she paid her last respects. Was spring cleaning #lonjmaison over the weekend and found the Ergobaby. Last I used the Ergobaby was in 2018. Oh this #Ergobaby went places with me. So much memories we had, it was difficult to part with it. So @estherhor suggested I try it on again. My dear #avarosetl Today we did loads of cleaning and organising at #lonjmaison Cleaning your room, putting away toys / books and realising how quickly you are growing up.
