Post mentioned (by anon): picture this, Eddie being best friends with the Tozier Twins Mike and Richie and Eddie being terrified of thunder storms; the twins would always comfort Eddie with cuddles and hair playing or soft “it’s okay, we’re here for you. we love you eds” causing Eddie to fall in love with both twins.

Okay so basically..

Eddie absolutely hates thunder storms. They terrify him.

Mike and Richie know how scared Eddie gets so when they see the clouds get darker, they pack up a backpack, slide on their shoes, and head on over to Eddie’s.

The twins climb up into Eddie’s room through his window to find Eddie hiding completely under his blankets.

“Your heroes are here, Eds!” - Richie

Eddie would peek up over his blanket at the two boys and roll his eyes.

“I’m not scared” - Eddie

“so you always hide under your blankets?” - Mike

“yeah like he’s always trying to hide in the closet” - Richie

Thunder would crack and Eddie would screech and hide again.

The twins would chuckle and climb onto the bed on either side of him.

Eddie would be curled up as small as he could get.

Richie would wrap his arms around Eddie’s waist and pull him in close. 

Mike would cuddle up to him and wrap his arms around Eddie’s chest. 

“It’s okay, we’re here for you” - Mike

“We love you, Eds” - Richie

Eddie’s heart would skip a beat and his muscles would slowly relax.

The storm would continue to get more and more intense but Eddie’s far more focused on the insanely gorgeous boys around him.

Eddie’s eyes would continuously shoot back and forth between Richie and Mike.

Richie would pull out a comic book from the backpack they brought over and read to Eddie.

Mike would play with Eddie’s hair and rub his shoulders and chest.

A smile would be GLUED to Eddie’s face.

Like, there’s no getting that boy to frown with these two beside him.

“Ya know Eds, I bet your mom would have a heart attack to know you have two hot men in your bed” - Richie, while wiggling his brows suggestively.

“Ha! Men? More like obnoxious boys” - Eddie

“Oh, we can always just go” - Mike 

“no! Stay” - Whiny Eddie.

Richie and Mike would stay the whole night, even after the storm died down.

Richie and Mike would force themselves to stay awake until Eddie finally falls asleep. 

In the morning, Eddie wakes up to find both twins clinging to him fast asleep.

He just stares at them with heart eyes and feels like he’s about to melt.

He cuddles up to them and waits for them to wake up.

Ew no, go away.
