More Alton Brown marshmallows (vanilla bean flavored)! I used sprinkles to keep the flavors definable. Cut into squares with kitchen scissors and roll in powdered sugar/corn starch mixture - so they won’t stick to each other. Bag up and share! The marshmallows will keep for a few weeks.

Marshmallows. Hard to tell what this is… The marshmallow recipe is courtesy of Alton Brown. The sprinkles on top are a Fall mix; indicating these are maple flavored marshmallows. Homemade marshmallows are sooo good! Adults actually love these as much as the kids! Cut into squares to eat alone, or use with other recipes. Best with hot cocoa, or s’mores. Alton Brown has an excellent recipe for a hot cocoa mix. This recipe is easily customizable to your tastes. Highly recommend!

This is a braised, thick boneless pork chop in a tomato, onion, mushroom gravy. The zucchini was added toward the end of braising and cooked until just tender. I served my Pork Ragu with brown rice.
