ohhh the fisheryyy ð
This past August I participated in the 2024 Pleasant Peninsula by painting a native fish mini mural! 49 other artists and I each painted a different fish in our own styles to showcase the biodiversity in our Michigan waters. I took on the Logperch, a cute lil fella who likes to reside in streams and lakes ð ð ð
This was a really fun project to work on :D I really enjoy using my skills to promote awareness for the wellbeing of the earth and all who inhabit it. and I hope to make more murals and the like in the future!

The prettiest Logperch I caught while fishing a new creek. I would love to set up a tank to keep them at some point
A new species for me, the Common Logperch! The first darter species I caught and it really sparked an obsession with them
