Hey, so my advice for the thing you're looking for: watch Ted's notebook after the races. I'm sure you can look up old ones on some torrent sites. Sometimes he goes in the pit lane for team pictures and it's meh, but sometimes he starts outside the gates and goes through paddock and that's the interesting ones. Generally each team has two buildings: garage and hospitality. They're mainly across from each other for each team, so you can walk through the garage to the paddock. Some tracks like Bahrain, Abu Dhabi etc has permanent hospitality, in Europe teams mostly build their own on each track. Also there's motorhomes in Europe for drivers, because tracks like Austria and Spa are in the middle of nowhere. Also I think Kym Illman makes videos about driver's cars and you can see car park placement there.
