You make a good point anon. I think Dark is in too deep with his beau at this point to really want to screw any of that up. He’s gonna screw it up later anyway, whether he means to or not, but not yet.

He doesn't! None of us do, really. Shit, not even me.

Dark has had several moments in The Brave where he's proven his honesty to Time. He's come through during tense moments, and he's been there when Time couldn't be to manage situations that could have killed some of the boys, like in the Gerudo Desert. He probably could have killed Time when he broke into Dark's apartment, but he calmed down and chose to let him go. But there's no guarantee that Dark isn't a sleeper agent, either, who might turn without realizing the danger himself. There's also no real guarantee that if the two of them were in danger, Dark wouldn't shove Time under the bus to save his own tail.

Warriors stays in central command, where his skillset is most useful to the team. It’s easier to move chess pieces around when you’re looking at everything from above and not being on the board yourself. It’s also nice assurance for Time that Wars will be kept out of the line of fire, and assurance for everyone else that Time isn’t going to lose his shit. So Warriors is a little voice in Time’s and Dark’s comm, like Navi was for Time so long ago. 

Now, because Wars is the way he is and I’m the way I am, there will be times when he goes out into the field with them. Time will hate every minute of it (see the recent LMTCOY chapter I Wish You Wouldn’t or Hadn’t, whichever). If Warriors is in danger, Time has and will hand control over to Dark for short periods where he can’t trust himself, and Dark is good at handling these situations.

I have a mental image of a movie night together where they binge watch sad movies while cuddled up on the couch, pure domestic bliss

The next time they do movie night they switch up the genre and Wars spends the whole time fawning over the hot actors trying to get a rise out of Time

Both of them hate sad movies for different reasons. Time is prone to bouts of melancholy, so the last thing he needs is more inspiration to be depressed. Wars hates how puffy his face gets from crying. A movie is a waste of under-eye serum.

Time also isn't a fan of action movies. He'll scoff at a lot of the action sequences and fake deaths. "They wouldn't fall that way." "That wouldn't kill someone." "You could never fully impale a man from that angle." If Warriors is really interested in one, he's going to watch it with the guys instead.

Wars commonly chooses a romance/romcom and he will talk the ENTIRE time, ESPECIALLY if it's one they've already seen. He likes to criticize the wardrobes, to point out little inconsistencies that weren't caught in editing, and to laugh at the touching moments because somewhere inside they make him uncomfortable.

War's comfort movie is one of those epic romance tragedies set against the backdrop of a major disaster, think Titanic.

Okay @alliancesinthedark I didn't want to ramble on the original post BUT I do have Thoughts. There are two most likely candidates for this one methinks.

LegRule is definitely a possibility. This sounds like something Hyrule could babble in the midst of the act as he's lost in the dick sauce, and from years of performing and partying I bet Legend's hearing isn't the greatest. Especially with all the skin-slapping sounds in the background. He'd probably tolerate it for a little while until the idea of it starts to bother him, and Hyrule would sound fucking devastated if he stopped--although I think it's more likely Legend would hold out until after. The broody silence after sex dispels Hyrule's post-coital bliss before Legend is comfortable enough to speak.

"Can we talk about new kinks before trying them out in the middle of having sex?" "Wh... What?" "The pony-play thing. Like, give me some time to wrap my head around it before--" "THE WHAT????"

Once the confusion is sorted out, Legend's ears are going to be glowing red in the dark and Hyrule's going to be laughing so hard that Wind is banging on the floor upstairs.

The other highly likely possibility is Twark. Mainy because Dark is a little shit. Because 'I'm yours' is also a mantra I can picture Twilight repeating in the middle of a hot and heavy sesh, and the intimacy of it might make Dark feel good for a little while before it makes him feel... not-good. The dangers of getting too close and all. Dark's coping mechanisms include dorky humor, and what better way to get his cowboy to laugh than with a horse pun?

Warrtime could never. Mainly because Warriors would never say something like 'I'm yours' in the midst of sex, it's too clingy. That and Time would probably just shrug and go with it. Wars has come out with more surprising things in the bedroom, and if he's being ridden, it makes sense? Time's ridden an ornery horse or two in his lifetime. He'll just going to take a fistful of his hair to arch his back and pound him even harder.

If Wild came out with something like this during sex, Time would not mishear him. Because you know these two. This is some passionate missionary where they're cheek-to-cheek and Wild's legs are shaking in the air and Time is consumed with guilt as he just can't stop his hips from moving...
