LBD even offers MK and his Friends a place in her 'new better world'...

And when MK refused, LBD attacks him, but clearly doesn't enjoy it... since LBD views MK as an innocent person 'corrupted by Wukong'... LBD is angry that MK is defending such a broken world...

LBD also doesn't enjoy mentally attacking Mei for her Samadhi Fire... but LBD thinks it's for 'the greater good'... LBD even offers to spare Mei's Friends and Family...

How would MK, Mei, Pigsy, Tang and Sandy feel about this version of LBD? ^^;

Oohhh interesting thought… IF MK’s first meeting happens in the same place/time he meets LBD in cannon. I think it would eventually go similar to how it goes in cannon, just with maybe more LBD going ‘poor foolish monkey’ or ‘I’m sorry it has to be this way’ as with everything else that led up to LBD’s first direct encounter with MK, (plus it happening in a spider cave) MK would be very suspicious, so I think things would eventually break down between them. Because LBD would never yield on her views and MK’s on too high alert/have his guard up to be eased into her way of thinking.

BUT….

If some events got rearranged, like MK’s first meeting with LBD happened before Shadow Play than that’s a whole new ball game. HECK, imagine if LBD possessed the little girls Cat instead and talked to MK through a Cat’s body. And no I’m not suggesting this just because I think a white cat LBD would be funny, it also because eventually after (the LBD’s Mecha is created) LBD would transform into Anthropamorphism white tiger theme LBD and that would DEFINITELY be awesome.

For example what if LBD was the one to approach MK when he was constantly second guessing himself and hardcore putting himself down, and LBD comes in offering him ‘another way’ to make the world a better place? (And maybe having a funny moment thinking he’s trap in the Calabas again XD) Assuring MK that she would be there to help him, guild him, he wouldn’t have to help make the world a better place on his own. Ease him into seeing the flaws of his absent mentor, and the brokenness of the world as a whole.

And then during the shadow play episode it’s all about Macaque trying to warn MK not to get involved with LBD but trying to do so under LBD’s radar. And then not-mayor and Macaque have a clash in front of MK, and because of MK’s history with Macaque at that point, MK doesn’t fully know who to believe. (The devil he knows or the devil he doesn’t know?)

Like in this sanario MK could very easily be manipulated and become like spider queen, coaxed into doing as LBD wants thinking that he is working towards a better world. Using MK and his friends to secretly gather all the ingredients she needs to help towards her gold of a better world.

As for how the others would react to this LBD.

Mei and Sandy I’m torn on weather they be the easiest or the harderest for jump on board this LBD’s plan of a better world.

Mei because she’s MK’s ride or die, if MK’s on the ride then she’s right there next to him, they also seem to share the same brain cell at times so Mei might not dig too deeply into LBD’s plans. And MK would appear happier compared to how he was when Monkey Left on his vacation so she starts thinking this LBD can’t be that bad right? BUT I also think Mei would be the one to pump the breaks when LBD’s plans start to really unfold and how truly crazy this plan of hers really is.

Sandy love of cats would sway in along with desire for peace, the big guy would think ‘yeah I want to make the world better’ and want to help in any way he can, but also be the one to alimentary appose the plan of ‘get rid of anyone that’s bad or disagrees with our plans for a better world’. (Bad kitty, squirts LBD cat with a water bottle)

Pigsy would be suspicious but he’s suspicious of everyone, but also Pigsy might give LBD a little more leeway than he would Wukong cause it would look like this cat is not putting MK in as much danger as Monkey King was.(as far as Pigsy’s aware)

AS for Tang, I think LBD would have to out right hide who she was from Tang, since the journey to the west book is like holy text, and no way the books would paint LBD in a good light he would raise a massive red flag if he ever learned who the cat helper of MK’s was.

Mo out right hates LBD from the get go, and no one understands why they usually chill cat is so hostile towards MK’s new talking cat. Until it’s too late…

I also have some plot bunnies for what could happen after LBD’s Mecha is created but this post is long enough already.
