Treatment isn't just meds (for my ADHD, meds only work a LITTLE), it's mostly about finding a way to make the world work for your /specific/ situation. There will always be comorbidity and overlap. In the meantime, try to track your symptoms/how often and your lifestyle habits (sleep, food, social). You mind find things that help/make your symptoms worse. You can show them to your psych.
