My biggest fear is being forgotten by the people I spend most of my time and efforts caring and loving for. I fear being tucked away in the past as if I was just a part of their history. Recently I’ve actually been presented this challenge, and I still am facing it. I’ve learned that in life we meet certain people in our lives to simply learn a lesson and grow as a better person. I’m slowly accepting that not everyone I care about will stay in my life because as my favorite quote says ‘people come and go as seasons for us to teach us lessons that could never be learned if they stayed’; therefore, I should embrace my special moments with them as much as I can while not letting it be a reason to prevent me from moving forward, and making sure that when the time comes I do learn my lesson to make sure it was not time wasted. And who knows maybe we’ll be in each other’s lives again in the future? :)
