even though theron & lana came out back in shadow of revan and, though they also had custom head models, they fit in perfectly fine with the player head models because they followed the same style / didn't try to upgrade the textures for no reason.

like, honestly i think the new textures only exacerbate the issue because it doesn't look like any hair options were re-textured (also, what the fuck is wrong with the new hairstyles they released, they look genuinely bad) + there's still the old textures of all the base game gear that all the npcs are wearing and so on. they've really only exacerbated swtor's stylistic inconsistencies & it does make me wonder what the actual intentions were behind this update, and i will hope but not hold my breath for them to improve upon it.

also for a character who literally just handed eret what seems to be a suicide note and said he could just jump off the bridge, and has been literally suicidal for the last several months.
