Last night on The Mugwort Chronicles I made a beautiful multigrain rice with mugwort and chestnuts (with a shrimp, maitake and mustard green omelet) and ate it before managing to take pics. Whoops~
Tonight....experiments in mung bean stuffed sweet rice cakes..balls...some are dumplings.
I also have to make more mugwort and yogurt roti so I’ll have time to figure out what toppings I’ll use for these.
