Wanted to make them look a little more canon-accurate

Stage 2 - Defensive Spells (Blocks, Guards, Shields, Etc.) “Bending Light V2”
Stage 3 - Offensive Spells (Blasts, Beams, Waves, Etc.) “Utilizing the Heat / Light / Energy”
Stage 4 - UNSTABLE (Destructive Heatwave) Known only as the “Sun’s Rise” (rarely used without consequence or ABSOLUTE necessity, like for a certain rite of passage,,,)
