Drawstring Bag
. . .and trying box corners!
It's my first time doing box corners (or, first time in ages, father; I don't remember the process but I know I've done it before), and I wanted to make a little gift bag that would more neatly fit-
A lithophane I made as a birthday present for a friend!
Much like the one I did for myself, it's a painting she's particularly fond of (this one is How to Be Happy Though Single by Julia Bracewell Folkard).
I did make a slight mistake while cutting the fabric to size in not quite allowing for the box corners as much as intended.
Which made it quite nearly a perfect square base. XD
Pinked all the inside seams this time as well.
It worked out well enough to fit the lithophane, however! And I did well enough with the box corners for a first go.
And once again I crocheted some simple chains for the drawstrings.

"This is a colored lithophane made from cast porcelain. It was created using a mold made from a 3D-printed lithophane, from a photograph of my cat, Yoko. A handmade wooden frame encases the lithophane, while colored transparencies add color to the lithophane."
