I'm guessing Conor will do something stupid that ends the relationship because I can't see Lewie actually making a move on her while with Conor (probably also not after for some time if I know him right), but Allie also seems a bit too... in her comfort zone? Like, it doesn't come across as her being overly happy in the relationship but also not bored/unhappy enough to end it, if you get what I mean?

Anyway, I'm excited to see how it plays out & I hope you'll continue writing on it :)

ohhh i couldn’t tell you how excited i was when i got this ask, and all of your comments (they have been such a huge motivation for me to get back into writing it) because i can’t believe someone loved my lewie fic as much as I do, this one is definitely one of my faves that I've written/planned :)

Your thoughts about Conor are so bang on, he's just screaming out to be the type do something so stupid that makes up Allie's mind for her (because I do think she needs that push). Also the comment you left me about Bobby and Bruno got me thinking and my mind has gone into overdrive because I NEED to implement that somehow, and I have plans now :)

Lewie definitely won’t, even though he wants to and it probably kills him that she has a boyfriend because he knows damn well he can be a better one but it's just not in his character even if nobody would blame him, or Allie for that matter if they did.

Oh, Allie, my sweet sweet Allie, I'm definitely glad that it comes across as her being too comfortable in the relationship even if it's obvious to everybody but her that said relationship has probably run its course. I think she's definitely scared and doesn't know who she is as a person anymore, I've definitely mentioned how she feels diluted to "Conor's girlfriend" and I think she feels like she's lost her identity but you're right, she probably wouldn't end it unless someone (Conor) forced her hand.

Already established elsewhere on the page, we're doing this for fun, and for anyone in the community who wants to join in or even just read what we've got.

At the very beginning of the month we announced the Character Spotlight featuring Bobby, alerting our focus on him. We'd barely been established as a page for a month by that point, and back then we were still organising and finding our feet, thinking of cool and fun things to do for us, for the page, and for anyone following us, and honestly we're still finding out feet with this even now.

If anyone isn't satisfied with out content, there is no obligation to stick around, however your complaint that 'all you got was bobby' doesn't even hold up because we were answering asks outside of Bobby, too. Like my Seb fic, Suzi's Tim one shot, or Bia's Angie proposal, amongst others.

For the month of July we're going to be focusing in on our asks much more, so if you've already written in an ask that you hoped would be written by now, I sincerely apologise for that. We've got a backlog of asks, thus the upcoming focus.

However, please don't imply we don't take the LGBT asks or characters seriously. I'm not going to go in on anyone's sexualities, but we aren't a group of straight girls, Your Honour, and our first ask was actually F/F, which is right here. You can also find a number of other F/F in our navigation post. Our most written for character is Angie, and she is also the only Islander all three authors have written for so far. Our very first fic on the navigation post is an Allegra/MC AU, and the very last fic published was our first M/M.

There won't be an apology issued because we haven't followed on the capitalisation of Pride Month, this is just a reminder that we are under no obligation to cater to any one user, to follow through on every single ask we get in, and do anything besides try to have some fun. That's what brought this all together, fun. We wanted to introduce the Character Spotlight segment, and we did so.

13. Are there any LI whose route you haven’t tried but want to?

I am currently doing Harry’s route. I’m curious to see how he is on a loyal route. I also would like to do Rahim’s route. I started to one time but of course got distracted by Bobby. 😂

17. What is your favorite scene?

Oh this one is hard! You know I’m going to say that any scene with Bruno is my favorite. But I definitely enjoy that shower/daybed scenes (ya know, that 🌶️💦 one), but I also like the scene where we yell at Dylan and then go sit on the beanbags. I like how confident he is and how cute he is. I also like the scene in s2, on Bobby’s route, when you finally get back to the villa, and you’re with Bobby on the beanbags, he tells you in his own way that he missed you while you were gone. That scene melts me. Also, any scene with Kassam because I love that pixel man with my whole heart.

So, I can see why you’re worried. Maybe I’m an idiot though LOL (I was partnered up with Lucas when the whole Blake thing happened). But I’m not worried? Like I think I want there to be some kind of confrontation about the waterfall scene, but I definitely don’t think that the consequence will be losing the show though... I personally think that it would only make sense if it was super close to the end (which... this season is short but not that short lol). So, no I don’t worry because I don’t know if Fusebox has the balls or the range to severely axe Tai’s character like that. TBH out of all the LI’s I’ve been with (AJ, Harry, Camilo, Yasmin (flirting and kissed)), Tai is the best written (IMO) for the little details that hint and add to his personality other than like... being soft. There’s a lot of soft LI’s (Harry and AJ) this season and I think it’s a result of Bobby, but that’s a whole other thing.

My my my I’m so glad you asked

•Is for sure the guy who cooks you breakfast after a one night stand. Not that I feel like he has many, but in the event it happens he is in the kitchen making you pancakes.

•I feel like he has only had one (maybe two) really serious relationships. Probably in his late teens/early 20’s. He was cheated on, possibly cheated with one of his good friends. Moved on to having mostly short term relationships after that.

•He was possibly bullied growing up, which led to him becoming the class clown. Deflecting his emotions with humor. Has always been insecure about his looks, so he always friend-zones girls before they can friend zone him.

• I know it’s technically canon that he is 5’9 but I always pictured him as long and lanky like at least 6’. 🤷🏼‍♀️

•I also think he is actually a really good dancer, but would only ever do it in private. But I can totally see him being able to pull out some sexy moves when you are alone.

•would be an amazing father and husband. I can see him being the dad that gets up in the middle of the night with his wife and sits with her while she nurses and gets the baby back to sleep. Then when they are a toddler he definitely wakes up and lets his wife sleep.

•will teach his children all about cooking and baking. Just picture walking in on them in the kitchen together 🥺 your child sitting on the counter stirring up a storm.

•when mc tells him she is pregnant, his first purchase is a little apron and chef hat.

•also the type of dad who will do theme movie nights. Create a drive in movie theater in the back yard. Make a magic carpet ride, blanket forts for days. Encourages their imaginations and creativity like no other!

•will also be the dad who goes so incredibly out of his way to embarrass his kids 🤣 I’m talking full on cheerleading on the sidelines of any games, dancing in the isles at the grocery stores, smacking your ass in the kitchen and saying a pick up line in front of them.

• will pull you in to slow dance at any time during the day, but make it silly.

•more of a giver than a receiver if you know what I mean 😏 I think he is a cocky mf in the bedroom, he knows what he is doing, and loves to do it. Not that he doesn’t love to receive, but definitely more into getting his partner off multiple times before himself.

• full of surprises, he will constantly find ways to surprise you, and is very spontaneous. Surprise getaways, parties, dinners.

•will randomly show up at your work with a pastry and coffee or hot chocolate. Just to see you smile, and will always sneak a little kiss.

• always down for anything. The best adventure partner you could ever ask for.

Yesss I got that too!!!! But don’t worryyyy your LI understands eventually. I’ve rejected travis wholeheartedly as well it’s just cut and edited wrong for drama.

(I ask this as a bisexual person myself lol. I do not want to overstep, since I see that you have a blog runner that isn't straight. But at the same time, I do think that him being a straight man that is secure in his sexuality is fine in itself. We need more men that aren't toxically masculine, you know? Especially considering how toxic a lot of the men are on Love Island the show. Sorry for the ramble.)

Hey, so first off, love this ask, thank you for it, and thank you for choosing to ask this in a nice way, it's really appreciated!

So, it's an absolutely valid take, and I agree with everything you've said, however our Character Sheet is based on info from the games and half headcanons, and we (including our openly not straight mods) all HC him as bi. This isn't to pick at your argument, but it's never confirmed that he's straight, just assumed, so realistically it's no more wrong to say he's bi than it is to say he's straight, though I agree that the game does present at straight guy very comfortable in his masculinity and sexuality, though that's very nitpicky of me.

I can add a disclaimer to our Character Sheet about it being a HC rather than confirmed, but personally, I feel it's more right for the character than it is his middle name being Herbert (seriously, Robert Herbert? He must be trying to have us on with that one).

Don't apologise for the ramble, everything you said was absolutely true! Bobby being straight is fine, and great representation for an ideal straight guy to behave; there is like no toxic masculinity or internalised homophobia about the guy, and that's part of the reason we all love him! But like I said, it is a personal HC for us, much like we've done for our Bobby alphabets, but we would never push this idea onto others, if you want to HC him straight, you're at perfect liberty to do so, just here in the writers room, we have a bisexual Bobby.
