Honestly, while some people might like that Tristian is the catalyst for MC's obstacles this season, I just can't stand how messy he is. Like, yes, I don't want every character to be favorable of MC, but he's just so antagonistic in a petty way that would make you think he was scorned by MC and not Sophia.
The twist for this volume was decent, but the way the writers forget when the islanders consider Tristian trustworthy or not is annoying. Oh, he's a stirrer, but let's take his word during a dumping towards the girl he's known to poke at.
He and Sophia are just the lazy, villainous versions of Finn and Kat, and it's tiresome at this point.
