Took the literail to work today.
It was pretty relaxing. I haven't taken the literail in awhile and sometimes it's nice to simply be a passenger watching time go by.p
Whilst waiting for the literail train to arrive
People were mulling about and I noticed this rather ragged looking boy sitting by himself. At first I was not sure if he was feeling unwell or just sad. I didn’t want to seem creepy so I looked away. The clock above me said I had 15 minutes to kill before the train arrived. Getting ansy I started walking around and inadvertently walked past this boy. I heard him try to ask a stranger a question and they either walked away or ignored him. I turned and glanced at him seeing the anguish in his face and the dirt on his skin. He caught me looking at him. I was getting an odd vibe from him, but when the clock was down to 2 minutes I decided I was going to fish out some snacks from my ever flowing snack bag and give some to him. My bag played the Ha-now-you-cant-find-your-stuff game and I only managed to find a granola bar and a bag of fruitsnacks. I approached him cautiously and asked him if he was hungry. He nodded and replied yes. He then asked me my name following up with where I was from. I said my name and I wasn’t sure if he meant culturally or geographically so I stupidily said from here. By then it was time for me to catch the train. I derpily waved goodbye. I didn’t get a chance to ask him his name. Anyway I hope he’s okay and I know it’s not much but those granola bar and fruitsnacks I handed him are delicious! (In my opinion) so maybe he’ll be okay for awhile. Maybe ill see him again and we can chat.
