This certainly hadn't gone according to plan - the plan of course being to duel the LEO Corp spies that were chasing him so he could escape back to his hideout. None of this included having a random girl ask for his autograph, only to follow him and hop up on his card plane, causing them both to crash into the body of water that surrounded Miami City.
Well life just had to be full of surprises didn't it? Ah well, that's what made it interesting.
Getting back to his hideout definitely was a challenge, thanks to having to carry an unconscious girl in his arms the entire time. When dragging her out of the ocean, Yuri was the one who suggested just leaving her there.
"We can't do that, Yuri." Yuya shook his head as Yuri showed up beside him, the two of them looking at the pink haired girl who -thank god- was still breathing.
"Why not? She can get back on her own when she wakes up. We didn't go very far with our transport." Yuri huffed, folding his arms.
"At this hour? It's night time, Yuri. I don't know what she was up to, but I don't want her getting hurt. We'll bring her back with us." Yuri stared at the entertainer with hesitant eyes, raising an eyebrow.
"Are you sure that's a good idea?"
"I don't have much of a choice. I can't just leave her here. She wasn't with LEO Corp, so it'll be fine. She's harmless. Besides, I'm sure Yusaku won't mind once I explain the situation."
With that, Yuya drew a blank card from his jacket pocket, tossing it into the sky and watching it as it turned into his small plane. "You're trying this again? Isn't this what caused you to fall in the ocean in the first place?"
"Aww come on, Yuri." Yuya whined lightly as he picked up the girl, holding her in his arms as he hopped onto his plane. "That's cause she caught me off guard. I'll be fine getting back to the hideout this time."
"We'll see." Yuri shrugged before fading away so Yuya could actually have a moment of peace and quiet as he flew back, trying to ignore the fact that he was soaking wet and freezing. Crap... He sure hoped he was right about his boyfriend not minding this whole situation. Yuya much preferred Yusaku being the only other person in his hideout aside from his personalities, but this was only for a little while. Once the girl was awake and warmed up, Yuya would make sure she was on her way out of there.
As long as there weren't anymore surprises of course.
Yuya was absolutely exhausted by the time he got back to the hideout, pushing the door open with his foot as he held the girl bridal style in his arms, his eyes locking with his boyfriend's instantly.
"I'm so sorry I'm late. Things kinda... got a little out of control...? I'll explain in a sec." He gave Yusaku a sheepish grin before placing the girl on the couch, taking his hood off afterwards. He only lasted a second before wrapping his own arms around himself, trying to warm himself up as he started shivering thanks to being cold and wet.
"Oh man has this place always been this cold? I'm freezing...!"
