My daily YNAB check ins are going great!! Iโm so happy with the results. Itโs so amazing what small steps each day does toward the bigger picture! This month, Iโm going strong with my shake a day. (Donโt worry, I havenโt forgotten about that blog post I promised. Patience, Padawan.) But I am already mentally preparing for my next month Habit Challenge! Because โeither you run the day, or the day runs you.โ So for March, my daily habit will be adopting a new exercise program. Nothing crazy. Lol Iโm looking at 20 min a day, 5 days a week.
