I’m pretty neutral about Linkcest in general, but I think it’s funny that most Lu fans will say that shipping the links together is disgusting while one of the most popular ships in the fandom is Legend with his counterpart who literally shares his face.

I like linkshipping but theirs a subset of linkshippers that are creepy and weird as fuck. and i don't mean in a good or fun way. this isn't just shallow opinion, its based on interactions I've had with them myself. some of the ones who like the riskier kind of ships that involve incest abuse or have pedophilic tendencies, always seem to justify it by insisting that it's okay because it's fictional, but ive seen this line blur though as there was a linkshipper in their thirties dating someone freshly 18 who apparently knew them long before they became an adult. I am autistic myself and honestly wouldn't be surprised if a good chunk of them had some kind of developmental delay/trauma

not to name drop but i think the st0rmyverse fandom is just as parasocial if not even more than lu and im quite sick of seeing people glaze something so mediocre
