I think Lin Manuel is the key to Disney atm lol. Think about it: Moana AND Encanto are the two most loved Disney animated films in recent memory and he worked on them. The others? Whether good or bad, he did not. You want success, get Lin.
I could believe it buuuuuuut Encanto sucks ass and is the worst Disney to me so unsure about him doing onlt successes. Sure apparently everybody loved the songs of that movie but they were so lame omg I remember none none was memorable and I fucking LOATHE the Bruno one for how much people quoted it to be quirky

However yeah he was at his best for Moana. The sequel was lacking him HARD and the best song was a reprise from We Know the Way, so one from the first movie lol
Sometimes I think about how my mom got to see the og In The Heights because her boss at the time was friends with Lin Manuel Miranda. Then got to meet him after the show.
