The Show of Heads is a thematic group exhibition of work that includes and is based on the portrayal, interpretation and/or transformation of the human head. The exhibition will be held at the Limner Gallery, October 12 - November 4, 2023 and is open for entry to all artists working in any media. 

DEADLINE: July 31, 2023

This exhibition is exclusively for the abstract artist and will represent a full range of abstraction, from the geometric to the lyrical, from the precise to the raw. Entry is open to all artists working in any media. The exhibition will be held at Limner Gallery, April 7 - 30th, 2022. There will be a $500 cash award presented to one artist. 

DEADLINE: January 31, 2022

This is the 30th annual competition for gallery exhibition and $500 cash award. Open to all artists working in any media. This event is devoted to the discovery, introduction and promotion of Emerging Artists. The exhibition will be held March 3 - 26, 2022, at the Limner Gallery and is open to all artists working in any media. 

DEADLINE: October 31, 2021

Global Meltdown - This call is for a thematic exhibition of artwork related to the the Global Climate Crisis. The exhibition will be held at the Limner Gallery, September 9 - October 2, 2021 and is open to all all interpretations of the Climate Crisis, be it global, local, personal, environmental, financial, psychological, scientific and/or spiritual.

This call is for a thematic exhibition dedicated to abstract art. The exhibition will be held at the Limner Gallery, April 8 - May 1, 2021 and is open to all forms of abstraction, from the geometric to the lyrical, from the precise to the raw. 

DEADLINE JANUARY 31, 2021

The 29th annual competition for gallery exhibition and $1000 cash award. This exhibition is devoted to the discovery, introduction and promotion of "Emerging Artists." The exhibition will be held March 4 - 27, 2021 at the Limner Gallery and is open to all artists working in any media. 

DEADLINE NOVEMBER 30, 2020

The Show of Heads is a thematic group exhibition of work that includes and/or is based on the portrayal and interpretation of the human head. The exhibition will be held online on the Limner Gallery web site, November 1 - 30, 2020, and will also be viewable on the site thereafter until June of 2021. The exhibition will also be published in a both a print and digital magazine format that will be distributed through direct mail to Limner Gallery collectors and metropolitan bookstores. 

DEADLINE AUGUST 31, 2020 

Arte Natura is a thematic exhibition based on art inspired by the natural world. The exhibition will be held at the Limner Gallery, May 7 - 30, 2020 and is open to all artists working in any media. All interpretations of the theme are acceptable, including landscape, fruits, vegetables, flowers and fauna and human figuration as part of the natural environment.
