Because QoH's flipflopping between being the embodiment of Good and then taking on a more destructive role when a villain is needed doesn't really fit Don Quixote, as we know her post-canto 7 but you know who it does fit. Regular pre canto 7 Don Quixote, the one without any bloodfiend memories, someone who is inexplicably obsessed with righteousness past all logic and who will try to fix what she thinks is wrong in any given situation with no regards for the consequences
So QoH Donqui basically confirms something I had been assuming—that other ids (save manager of la manchaland of course) haven't had their canto 7 equivalent and may actually never have it! So a large, large portion of mirror worlds feature a don quixote that knows nothing of her origins as a bloodfiend
And!! QoH's ego gear corrosion effect seems to present itself as "voices in her head" which directly parallels the way our Don Quixote can "hear" the thirst of all of la manchaland's dead bloodfiends (illustrated as the shadow over her eyes in both her QoH id and the fight against Sancho in the regular check-up event). Which is fun, obviously
