He was all too excited to have lunch with his friend, they had chosen Citricos, wanting the opportunity to talk away from the crowds, although the restaurant was still bustling it wasn’t quite as busy as it was out in the park, and it was a more intimate setting to have a conversation, he had remembered to bring his Flare earbuds for settings like this, they helped him immensely when dining out so he could focus only on the person he was with and not tune in to the 200 other conversations happening around him. He was enjoying the subtle nods to Mary Poppins as well. “I wanted to give you this before I forgot.” He says, sliding a thin gift navy blue box across the table to her. Inside is a Mickey shaped glass ornament, engraved into the centre is Cinderella’s castle, above it, it reads ‘Mr & Mrs MacKay’ and beneath it is their wedding date. “I wanted to get you something before we got here but you didn’t give me any time, and all they sell here is Disney stuff.” he chuckled.
