I HAVE NO FUCKING IDEA i just UGH i thought i was done with him, but i have all these unresolved issues and i just...

He wants me to lose 60 pounds, and here are his insturctions

Keep a daily diary of all food intake.

Avoid the following foods

potatoes

white rice

corn

fruit juice

fried foods

pork

fast foods

junk foods

sweets

mayo

chicken skin

pizza

ice cream

candy

chips

cookies

pastires

bread

pasta

cheeze

I want you on 1000 calories per day. The goal is to have the majority of calories as follows: 30-50 percent Protien 30-40 percent Carbs and 20 percent fats 

Drink 64 oz of water per day. Avoid caffeine. Tea is ok

Walk 20-40 minutes a day. 

Please bring your diary to every visit

She is the one who i go to when i'm down, i love her so much. Her blog is like almost all anime, so if you are into that, hit her up! She loves Hetalia, No 6, Avatar, and a ton of other stuff (that she is attempting to get me into). We are currently making our way through Supernatural together and she means the world to me<3

As i know Steph is a very private person, i know for a fact she would not want me to post her tumblr on here. She doesnt even want people knowing she has one, but for the sake of this i will mention her, but refrain from posting her link. She is a kindred spirit to myself, and i love her more than anything. She keeps me going, and knows just the right things to say. She is one of my biggest influences, and i dont know what i would do without her.

Marissa and i have had our ups and downs, but i love her so much. Her blog is like mine, but more evenly devided. Supernatural, Sherlock, Doctor Who, Hunger Games and Avengers. Jess and i met on tumblr at the beginning of the summer, when i started watching Supernatural. We started texting, and i found out she actually lives like, 15 minutes from me. We havent met up in person, but are planning to soon. I love her, and she posts much of the same as myself, Supernatural mostly. Show her some love. <3

We met almost a full year ago, at my Dad's brothers 35th wedding anniversary  Or something like that. It was a New Year's event that brought the whole of my Dad's side of the family together, (a pathetic number of 13!). It was for both my Dad's bothers fam and his wifes fam.
