I’ve never been a skinny girl. My body isn’t naturally built that way. I’ve always been some kind of thick and I never had an issue with accepting my body through the phases it goes through. Always loving it for however it looked. This year God has floored me with countless blessings within my art career and I thought it was more than significant for me to get in shape for the many more blessings to come. I wanted to make sure I looked and felt as strong as the women in my paintings. One major blessing was meeting Ryan White. To everyone that has dmed me or have commented on my workout stories about my fitness journey, I’d like to dedicate this post to an amazing friend, mentor and personal trainer of mine.
