Talk of Alby had her smile fading though. She wanted to remain as honest with Ronan as possible in order to give them the proper chance that she promised him, but it wasn't like she could explain what all had happened when he'd dropped by. Or could she? Ronan hadn't judged her for her line of work and he wasn't religious to the point of thinking what she had done was a sin, so maybe he'd be accepting of that too. Lilah would have liked to tell Anna first though. "I saw him last week. He dropped by my house." It hadn't been her neck in jeopardy though. Chris had almost choked the life out of Alby. She wondered if there was a bruise around his neck, ironic considering the mark Alby had left on hers from their encounter at the bar. Lilah didn't realize she was doing it but her fingers traced over the place his hand had been only to grasp the heart pendant necklace she wore that day.
