Liano/Emmerich Elgar’nan (perhaps with help from his sister since she’s the main creator/body horror person of the two) does something to Rook/Liano and he turns into something like a vampire, something that’s unfamiliar to anyone in Thedas. Emmerich is distressed to hell and back, taking care of a sick and getting worse no matter what, Liano. And Liano’s hunger is like nothing anyone has come across. A person turning into a beast with some sort of hunger isn’t unheard of but the way it’s manifesting is new. No one likes it. It reaches a fever pitch when a thin and weakened Liano corners Emmerich in his rooms one night. “Please, you, need you,” Liano rasps out, thin, boney fingers reaching for his lover’s neck. Emmerich rushes over and clasps corpse cold hands tightly in his own, his heart racing in fear that this is the final moment. “Anything dearest, anything for you, just tell me what you need.” That’s when Liano strikes, and while Emmerich doesn’t want this, especially the fangs digging into his neck, he can feel the difference as his lifeblood flows into his lover. (could sprinkle in some unwanted orgasms from the both of them? They mindlessly rut against the other near the end of Liano’s feeding and cum clothed, feeling more dirty about that than anything else with this whole debacle.)
